Looks like the version of my old aldl-io console aldl program for linux was broken. I’ve uploaded a new version that should build properly and updated the instructions, please let me know if that works.

Where do the bin files reside after download?
I can’t retrieve my file I downloaded.
Do I specify where?
I’m brand new to tuning so pardon my questions.
Also, can I save an original file to upload in case I do something really bad?
Mike
Never mind, got it worked out. Just not paying attention I reckon.
I tried to install and run this code i ran into a problem after decompressing the file the name doesnt match. directories also seemed empty. was wondering if there is a clean version available. also would this code work on a 88 trans am. i assumed it would at least run.
Thank you for your help im very interested to try it out.
I’ve been trying to build the raspberry pi datalogger. I’m using a pi 3 B v1.2, and I’m pulling my hair out trying to get it up and running. I’ve got it downloaded and I have it unpacked and where I am running into trouble is right around where you make the file. I managed to get every other command in The tutorial to work but when I try to make it says fatal error: libftdi1/ftdi.h: No such file or directory. 11 | #include . Compilation terminated. Is this just a typo in the .conf file that needs to be corrected to libftdi/ftdi.h?
honestly i dont know what to tell you
i could make it work if i installed rasbian on something but not much time lately
try these ones instead http://ecmhack.com/files/aldl-io-1.6.2.tar.gz or http://ecmhack.com/files/aldl-io-1.6.1.tar.gz
